Delivery Policy
This policy explains how AZ Herbal Care handles order confirmation, dispatch, delivery timing, Cash on Delivery, and customer responsibilities for Relief Oil orders.
1. Order Confirmation
Orders are processed after the customer provides complete and accurate details, including name, phone number, delivery address, city, and requested product quantity. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order before dispatch.
If the provided details are incomplete, unreachable, or unclear, dispatch may be delayed until the information is confirmed.
2. Delivery Areas
AZ Herbal Care aims to deliver to available service areas through courier or local delivery partners. Delivery availability may vary by city, area, courier coverage, public holidays, weather, road conditions, and other operational limits.
If your location is outside our current delivery coverage, we will guide you through our official contact channels where possible.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes a few working days after order confirmation. Delivery time is an estimate only and may change due to courier workload, remote location handling, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.
We recommend keeping your phone available after placing an order so the courier or AZ Herbal Care team can reach you if confirmation is needed.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, free-delivery offers, and minimum order requirements may change from time to time. Any applicable delivery cost will be shared during checkout, order confirmation, or direct communication before dispatch.
5. Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery is available, payment is collected when the parcel reaches the customer. Please keep the correct amount ready and receive the parcel from the courier within the available delivery attempt period.
Repeated refusal, non-response, or incorrect delivery details may affect future Cash on Delivery availability.
6. Receiving Your Parcel
- Check that the parcel is addressed to you before accepting it.
- Record a clear parcel-opening video for any damage or wrong-item claim.
- Do not accept a parcel that appears heavily tampered with, if you are concerned.
- Report delivery issues to AZ Herbal Care as soon as possible after receiving the parcel.
7. Delays and Failed Delivery
Delivery may be delayed if the courier cannot reach you, the address is incorrect, the area is temporarily inaccessible, or the parcel is held for operational review. If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we may ask you to confirm the address again before arranging another dispatch.
